In 2018, work began on the project to install the entrance system for the indoor swimming pool in Bardejov, Slovakia.
Goal
Implement a complete ticketing system with access control to the swimming pools and lockers, ticket sales enabling entry to the premises, and allowing customers to purchase additional services cashlessly.
Solution
Installation of a ticketing system, which ensures contactless entry to the premises for customers and a convenient sales process.
Procedure from the customer’s point of view
- The customer enters and purchases their desired type of ticket (multi-entry, multi-zone, season pass, etc.)
- The customer receives a chip bracelet that enables entry to the relevant part of the swimming pool through one of the two installed turnstiles, including keyless entry to the locker (in case a customer forgets their locker number, they can scan the bracelet against the infoterminal and immediately find out their number.)
- The customer uses the services of the swimming pool.
- In the locker room, the customer uses a chip bracelet to open their locker.
- When leaving, the customer goes to the exit turnstile with an acceptor - this device takes the customer's bracelet and opens the exit turnstile. If the customer has locked the cabinet with their chip bracelet, the bracelet is not taken and the turnstile will not let the customer exit.

- One medium - A single waterproof chip bracelet usable for entrances, opening the lockers, and paying for services.
- Security - Only paying customers can enter the premises.
- Overviews and statistics - Clear statistics of all the passages, transactions, sales, device monitoring, ticket configuration and administration and any additional sales.
